If you commit to purchase an item by mistake or change your mind before paying, that's OK, just send us a message and we will cancel the transaction.

Checkout and payment must be completed within 8 days after you commit to buy, If payment is not received before this time, the unpaid item process will be triggered. You then have 4 days to pay for the item. If payment is still not made after that time, the sale will be cancelled automatically and Non-Paying Buyer alert will be lodged against your account.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Occasionally our products are so popular we run out of stock. In this rare occurrence, we'll contact you to advise when we expect items to be back in stock and ready for dispatch. Where goods are part of a combined order, we will offer you the option of waiting for all your goods to be delivered together or split the order.
