Will I be charged sales tax?

Sales tax will only be collected on orders shipped to Illinois addresses at check-out. This is where our company's office is located and our business is registered. 

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Dinners Club, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover PayPal, Checks & Money Orders.

How much will my shipping charges be?

Shipping charges are calculated on approximate weight shipped via UPS and your personal delivery time preferences.

The total cost of shipping will be displayed during checkout, before you pay so you can make any adjustments to fit your budget.

Free Ground Shipping!

If you select the "ground shipping" option, your order will be reimbursed within two business day's.

We apologize for any inconvenience or confusion regarding FREE SHIPPING not showing up during the automatic billing process at the time of checkout.

However, rest assured YOU WILL NOT PAY FOR GROUND SHIPPING and any ground shipping charges that you see on your order, will be cheerfully refunded manually! 


How do I track my order?
Use our "contact page" in the left sidebar to send us a message, we'll respond within 24 hours Mon-Fri.

Satisfaction Guarantee- What if I need to return my order?

Orders placed in December for Christmas gifts may be returned for exchange or refund - if your request for return authorization is made on or before January, 10.

Through out the rest of the year, our return authorization policy is as follows:

-We offer you a 15 day UNCONDITIONAL MONEY BACK GUARANTEE.

Within 15 days of the receipt of your order IF YOU FIND THAT YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED FOR ANY REASON simply request a "Returned Merchandise Authorization Number" via email.


Then simply return your order (in its original condition) via insured Parcel Post or UPS.

Your purchase cost will be refunded except for shipping costs incurred.

If order is not received within 10 days of the "Request to Return" it will be refused.


What if you don't have all of the items in stock?

If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you with 1 business day, and give you the following options-
  
  •     You can make another selection.
  •     Allowing us to back-order your preferred option.
  •     Refund your purchase price.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We rely on UPS. Therefore delivery times are not exact nor can they be guaranteed.

Your order delivery time depends greatly on the method you choose, and various other factors.

However, usually even with free ground shipping, you will receive your order within  three to four days.
