No, we only accept orders from customers in the United States.

Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax will only be charged to residents of Illinois or to orders shipped inside Illonois, where we are registered, but not to any other US state.

How much will my shipping charges be?
Shipping charges are calculated on approximate weight shipped via UPS and your personal delivery time preferences.
The total cost of shipping will be displayed during checkout, before you pay so you can make any adjustments to fit your budget.
How do I track my order?
Use our "contact page" in the left sidebar to send us a message, we'll respond within 24 hours Mon-Fri.
What if I need to return my order?
Orders placed in December for Christmas gifts can be returned for exchange or refund if your request for return authorization is made by January, 10.
Our return authorization policy for the other eleven months of the year are as follows: We offer a 15 day unconditional money back guarantee. If within 15 days of receipt of your order you are not satisfied for any reason, request a "Returned Merchandise Authorization Number" via email.
Then simply return your order in its original condition via insured Parcel Post or UPS. Your purchase cost will be refunded except for shipping costs incurred. If order is not received within 10 days of "Request to Return" it will be refused.
What if you don't have all of the items in stock?
If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you with 1 business day, and give you the following options-
- You can make another selection.
- Allowing us to back-order your preferred option.
- Refund your purchase price.
