2.this is a rare hard to find shawl
3. condition is good but not perfect
4. it has been folded down the middle for years, the fold is lightly faded and has a couple of short tears
5. fringe is hand tied
6. also found a couple of small moth holes
7. some small spots
8. one side seems bright that the other
9. no thin spots, no major tears or holes, not repaired
10. attic find from a estate call, I purchased many early items, all excellent quality,
11. from home here in NH
12. this would have been worn by men and women
13. this was an expensive shawl in this time
