Absolutely incredible vintage Flower Patch Creations by Polly Hayes one-of-a-kind wearable art shirt. Appears to be a classic men's button-front shirt transformed into an elaborate folk-art statement piece with oversized 3-dimensional fabric flowers, appliqué stems and leaves, tiny ladybugs, bold red ric-rac trim, lace accents and mixed vintage-style floral fabrics.
Flowers continue across the front, pockets, collar and back for an amazing 360° design. Truly a maximalist piece that looks handmade rather than mass produced.
History: sourced from the estate of a 60s/70s American Airlines flight attendant whose stunning wardrobe spanned decades of fashion.
