• Hem Width: Measure straight across the very bottom of the garment.

Method 2: Measure your body
If you prefer, you can measure your body directly. Have a friend assist you for the most accurate results.

• Chest Circumference: Wrap a flexible tape measure around the fullest part of your chest, just under your arms.
• Belly Circumference: Measure around your torso at the thickest part of your belly.

• Your natural waist, at the point where you typically fasten your pants OR The waistband of your best-fitting pants, laid flat.
• Thigh circumference from thickest area with jeans on.
• Inseam (Inside Leg) length of your best fitted pants.
