.Order Processing Time: Due to high order volumes, our warehouse requires 7 business days to process orders before shipping (this time is separate from the shipping transit time).
.Free Shipping: We provide free shipping through the most economical logistics options. Please note that delivery may be affected by weather, logistical constraints, and remote locations. Estimated delivery time is approximately 1-2 weeks.
.Delivery Address Confirmation: Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are unable to change addresses once an order is placed. For security reasons, we do not ship to PO Box addresses, and buyers are responsible for costs associated with lost packages due to incorrect address entry.
.Stock Availability: Our warehouse inventory may not update in real time. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
.Color Display Variations: Please note that slight color variations may occur due to differences in display settings across devices.
.Multiple Warehouse Locations: We ship from multiple warehouse locations, so your order may arrive in separate shipments.
