Velcro closure at top shoulders. Bottom hem opening is slightly gathered with elastic.
Multiple fabric panels with all stripes matching. If you’re going to make it - the stripes must match! Solid black interior.
Solid black hood has two antennas and velcro closure.

Bottom width is approximately 15” across /30” total diameter.
