Authentic Louis Vuitton Cabas Piano M51148 Monogram Shoulder Tote – January 2002Beautiful authentic Louis Vuitton Cabas Piano in classic Monogram coated canvas with natural vachetta leather trim, shoulder straps and base, gold-tone hardware and brown textile lining.Date code SD0012, indicating production in January 2002.The Monogram coated canvas is exceptionally well preserved for the age of the bag. The canvas remains beautiful and supple with no cracking, peeling, tears or significant corner wear that I can see. There is one extremely small light-colored pinpoint mark on the canvas, which is shown in the photographs. Otherwise, the exterior Monogram canvas presents remarkably well.The natural vachetta leather shows substantial vintage patina, darkening, scuffing and water staining, particularly across the leather bottom/base of the bag. The shoulder straps and leather trim also show age-related patina and wear. Please review the photographs carefully, as the condition of the vachetta, including the staining on the bottom, is clearly shown.The brown textile interior is in very good vintage condition overall. There are a few small ink marks located beneath the interior pocket that are not visible during normal use, along with a small light-colored mark. These are shown clearly in the photographs for full disclosure.Gold-tone hardware shows normal age-related surface wear and tarnishing. The main zipper and interior zipper are smooth and functional.The bag maintains a lovely classic shape when filled, and the handles and attachment points remain intact.
