Antique original mid 19th c round wire hoop
1. original, not reproduction
2. large round made for the large Civil War Era skirts
3. a little rough
4. the tapes are good
5. several wires are broken, 6-8, all there but broken, possible to tape them together
6. waist band original, not altered, has hook and metal eyelet adjustment, from 22 in. to 24 in.
7. the panel in front is there, has eyelets to lace, laces are gone, the shoe string that is there is not long enough
8. I am pulling this together to ship as a long rectangle
