antique dress Victorian girl child blue silk plaid bustle chest 22 original 1890

Antiquesilk plaid little girls dress
1.very nice condition, not perfect
1. silk not blend
3. fabric is strong passes the tug test, very sturdy, no rot
4. one button missing, top right in the photo, buttons all match, all original, button holes hand worked
5. around bottom shows line of old stitching, looks like there might have been another ruffle
6. sash is attached in the back, I believe there was a slide style belt buckle
7. this was purchase from a Mass museum, they are trying to raise some money
8. dress fully lined including sleeves
9. buttons are metal with shank backs
10. machine and hand stitching
11. not holes, not torn, clean
12. short basted area under bottom buttons, see photo, another indication thishad anotherruffle
13. really does not show any wear
