Fits chest is your own chest with the sizing up already applied, so match it directly. Bust is the garment measured flat and doubled. Length runs from the high shoulder point to the hem, and sleeve is measured from the shoulder seam to the cuff. Allow up to 1.5 in variance on manually measured garments.
