Refunds and Exchanges

Items can be returned as long as they are in new condition. Simply return the product within 14 days (After receiving) for a refund, we will examine the product and will refund. Notifying us as soon as possible will also help us in processing the refund quickly.
• You can Return the Shoes in 7 Working Days after the date of Delivery.
• Please note shipping and packing costs are non-refundable. Also please know that custom-made products are not refundable since they are made to customer specifications. Products with initials/personalizing cannot be returned either. We try to keep in touch with customers during the production process of custom orders so we can achieve the desired results.
