Geoffrey Beene Vintage 1960s Cream Bright Orange High Neck Dress Size Small For Sale

The cutest little classic 60s mod dress by Geoffrey Beene! Made of light woven wool and lined in satin. The main body of the dress is a cream/very light yellow colored fabric, and it has bright orange trim panels. The orange is a bit brighter in person than in the photos.

The dress is in good condition but does have some minor flaws. There are two very faint brown marks along the side towards the bottom. Barely noticeable unless you really look for them. The lining is a bit discolored. There are a few very minor snags. The buttons seem to have all been reattached at some point. Please see all photos.

This dress is meant to fit in a shift style, like a slightly loose bell shape. It would be best for a size 4 or 6. Although the measurements make it seem like it would work for a size 8, the shoulder area is narrow. I am a size 6 and find it to be just right or even a little bit more snug than how I’d like it to fit. The mannequin is a size 0/2 for reference.
