This is a Brighton Collectibles Barbados City Organizer (style #T43513) in black (BLK).

I purchased this bag directly from the Brighton website. I only carried this for one weekend trip. It has been stored (in original packaging and in my drawer) since then. It is in excellent condition. I did remove (cut) the tassel from the front heart zipper pull because I thought it was too much for the bag.
