    Walker Ear BTE

    This product is junk. Had it for 3 weeks and the second time I used the piece that fits into the ear fell off. I was not able to find it. This should not happen on a new product. Contacted GSM outdoors and they told me that they will sell replacement parts. Have purchased many products on line but this is the worst customer service I have encountered. Apparently there was something wrong with the product and they should make an effort to correct it. Would not buy this again and would not recommend this product to anyone. In the long run it could be worse if I had paid a lot more for the product that is now worthless because it cannot be used.

    It's ok

    The price is good for these but they don't work as well as I hoped. The volume wheels seem to have problems maintaining connectivity while adjusting them.

    OK, but not with glasses

    Instructions are adequate. Product works fine....when the units stays in place behind my ears. I wear glasses, which creates a problem with them staying in place. Perhaps in time I will find a solution, but until then I will struggle to use them as intended.

    Would be a much better product if it had a larger volume control, tiny little wheel is not easy for big or arthritic fingers to find and move easily.
