Everything seems to be Complete and in order...
I really do not know much about these...Other than they run on French Time and
It has a WHITE Enamel on Metal Body...
With a glass cased Clockwork Mechanism
With TWO NIBS for GRAPHING Results with
INK on the Paper Scroll ...
It also comes with a KEY for winding it to keep it running...I did wind it and it is ticking away and
seems to be working just fine...probably could use
Fresh ink though and a new piece of scroll paper...
