Black Powder Signal Cannon For Sale

This is an old Cannon that appears to have has a lot of use. There are no markings on the Cannon. The Cannon has small rollers on one end that allow it to move horizontally as it pivots around a bolt at the front end. It also has an adjustment for elevation. The Cannon was probably used for some type of target shooting.

The Cannon is mounted on a 12\" x 17\" board that is nicely aged but would need to be replaced if used. It has a very heavy barrel that is 10 1/2\" in length and 2 3/4\" diameter at the muzzle. It has a 7/8\" bore. There are 43 rivets used in the side pieces.There is mostly surface rust and the total weight is about 37 pounds.
